1. SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of physical goods and digital services made via https://shop.adr.plus (the “Site”) operated by ADRplus. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Local-language versions are provided for convenience; the English version prevails in case of conflict.

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
  • Physical goods: packaging labels, transport labels, transport placards, placard holders, printed instructions.
  • Digital services: online training courses and downloadable certificates.
  • Stock items are dispatched from existing inventory; made-to-order items are produced after purchase.
4. PRICES, TAXES AND CURRENCY
  • All prices on the Site are displayed exclusive of VAT.
  • Applicable VAT and duties are calculated in the checkout based on your billing address and, where relevant, a valid EU VAT number (0 % intra-EU rate).
  • Transactions are processed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
5. ORDER PROCESS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract forms when we issue a written order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for justified reasons (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud).

6. PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY
  • Stripe secure checkout: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • Bank transfer via generated invoice.
  • All payments are processed using TLS-encrypted connections and PCI-compliant systems.
7. DELIVERY
  • Orders are shipped using trusted third-party couriers with whom we have contractual agreements.
  • Delivery time depends on the destination and product availability. Most EU deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days; international shipments may take longer depending on customs and local logistics.
  • Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown during checkout before you confirm the order.
8. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon confirmed delivery to the address provided. Ownership transfers after full payment is received.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
  • Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from the purchase of stock items within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods produced to your specifications (e.g., custom hazard signs, language-specific printed instructions) nor to digital courses once access has begun.
10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
  • To initiate a return, email [email protected] within the 14-day window.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
11. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

Consumers in the EU benefit from a two-year legal guarantee that goods conform to the contract. We will repair, replace or refund defective products in line with Directive (EU) 2019/771.

12. DIGITAL CONTENT AND COURSES

Online courses are licensed for personal, non-transferable use. Certificates are issued in PDF format to the named participant upon successful completion.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, ADRplus+ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions.

15. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. Payment data is handled exclusively by secure third-party processors.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
  • Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Rīga, Latvia.
  • Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page and apply to future orders only. The “Last updated” date appears at the top.
